Return & Refund Policy
We strive for satisfied customers and therefore offer the possibility to return products under certain conditions. Below, you will find our return and refund terms.
1. General Return Conditions

Returns are only possible within 14 days of receiving your order.

Products must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, labels, accessories, and any manuals.

The product must not be used, opened or damaged.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
2. Special Conditions for the Smart Color Chart

The Smart Color Chart can only be returned if:

The packaging is in perfect condition (unopened, undamaged).

The product has not been used or opened.

All original parts (including any accessories) are present.

If these conditions are not met, we cannot accept the return.
3. Return Procedure

Contact us via info@smartcolorchart.com to request a return.

Safely repack the product in its original packaging and send it to: Smart Color Chart, Zwitserlandstraat 18 Bus 2, 1060 Brussels Sint-Gillis, Belgium. Reference: Return + Order Number

Once we receive the product in good condition, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
4. Refund Policy

For approved returns, the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded to the original payment method.

Any discount codes or promotions used at purchase will not be reimbursed.

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee if the product does not meet return conditions.
This policy applies to all orders placed after 1 January 2026. We reserve the right to modify these terms.
